By placing their order (in the online shop), the purchaser accepts all sections of these Terms and Conditions of Sale and Delivery.
2. Dimensions and illustrations etc.
Technical details of the works such as their dimensions are binding – but the colours of illustrations/photographs in our online shop may vary from the original product. The possibility of typographical or graphical errors or mistakes in product descriptions, prices and technical details cannot be excluded.
3. Dispatch and delivery times
The item will be ready for dispatch within 1-2 days of receipt of payment. Using Swiss parcel post (B-post), the parcel will then be delivered to the recipient’s address within 3 days. In the event of staff absences or sickness, dispatch and delivery times may be longer. The purchaser is not entitled to cancel the order or make any claims for compensation of any kind.
4. Terms of payment
The order must be placed and paid for in advance by payment to our Post Office account, or by credit card, direct bank transfer or PayPal. All payment options can be seen in our online shop with the relevant account details. When you have placed your order and made your advance payment, you will automatically receive a confirmation e-mail.
5. Complaints
Any complaints about the quality or number of items delivered or the amount invoiced must be made to Edition 1+1 immediately (no later than 3 days after receipt, otherwise the goods will be regarded as having been accepted as perfect). Please send any complaints in writing, by e-mail to hi@1plus1art.com. Any damage during transportation must be reported in writing immediately to the delivery service provider (Swiss Post) by the purchaser. If it can be proven that the damage was caused during transportation, the value of the goods is covered by insurance. From 3 days after the date of receipt, the goods will be regarded as having been accepted as perfect.

6. Guarantee
We guarantee that the goods are undamaged when dispatched and that they are fully protected by the packaging. For complaints see section 5.
7. Returns
Returns are possible up to 30 days from receipt of the goods – undamaged and in the original packaging. In the event of any material or production faults, please contact us immediately (see also section 5.)
For returns we refund only the purchase price of goods that are returned in perfect condition – delivery costs are not reimbursed.
8. Amendments
Edition 1+1 reserves the right to alter or amend its General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Delivery on this website at any time.
9. Copyright
All use of illustrations and/or text from our print media or our website is prohibited without our explicit written permission.
